- In the field a fairly erect, vigorous crop.
- Under proper growing conditions gives a large number of uniform, vigorous pens.
- Praise is fairly pointed and predominantly short coarse.
- Heads with a high specific gravity and little pithiness.
- Fairly thick-leaved heads, which are strong against harvest damage and brown edge.
Recommended sowing rate: Vilseed 320,000-340,000 seeds/ha; Vilrob 300,000-320,000 pills/ha;
Recommended pen crop: 130-140 growing days.
Root harvest: 3rd week September – 4th week October
Chicory harvest: 3rd week October- 3rd week January
